our establishment is a hotel residence recognized by the city and tourist union, meeting the standards of safety, fire and hygiene will ensure you a stay in full safety.
thanks to the two facades, the light and the sun are guaranteed in our apartments,
located close to all shops .. (cafe, restaurant, food stores, butcher, bank, , super market "carrefour" and "aswak assalam" .....
the residence offers 3 apartments which have a relaxation area equipped with a pergola with Moroccan lounge, deckchairs and smoking area, as well as a second terrace with washing machine and clothes line.
in all our apartments: free wifi, TV with European / Arabic and French TNT channels, medical beds, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, double glazing ...
