From the eighth floor terrace of the residence, there is a view of the city beach and the sea, the port of Budva and the Old Town of Budva. The city beach is only 10 meters away, while the Old Town is 100 meters from the building.
The entire area of the residence is 75m2 and it is equipped with furniture from the exclusive brand Scavolini and Natuzzi.
At the bottom of the building is the four-star restaurant of the Hotel Fontana.
