My name is Olga. My husband and I have been living in Montenegro for 10 years now. Im involved in renting apartments and selling real estate in the cozy Green Hill complex, located in the picturesque and secluded village of Orahovac. Upon visiting this place for the first time, I fell in love with the incredible landscapes and the exceptionally clean and fresh air. Eventually, my husband and I decided that it was the perfect place not only for tourism but also for living. And so we stayed... embraced by mountains, close to the colorful old Austro-Hungarian road, with a magnificent view of the Bay of Kotor. I would be delighted to introduce you to this magical place and be your personal guide to "another Montenegro".

2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen-living room and a terrace with a view of the Bay of Kotor. The apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioners, underfloor heating, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, WI-FI, TV, and parking. Our residential complex is situated on a small hill in the village of Orahovac, one of the most picturesque places in the Bay of Kotor. GREEN HILL consists of 6 three-story buildings designed in a traditional Mediterranean style. The complexs territory is a well-maintained and gated area with landscaped greenery and a swimming pool. Mountains, an ancient relic forest, and a variety of plants on the premises will allow you to feel secluded and comfortable. The colorful view from the apartment terraces overlooking the Bay of Kotor will leave no one indifferent.
