Our apartments provide coziness, warmth and security of a home, in the heart of our capitol, away from your home. With 24h outdoor CCTV, code/key locks and independent check-in/out, and a great modern and new interior, in addition to our on-site presence at your service - you'll feel very welcomed and enjoying your stay fully. Our interior includes marble staircase, soundless elevator, inverter A/C, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (dishwasher and baby feeding tables, as well) and comfy living rooms with seating area and flat-screen TV, then elegant bathrooms with washing machines and hairdryers), spacious wardrobes and intimate and cozy bedrooms, with extra bedsheets and blankets, and baby cots per request, free of charge. Additional services such as washing and ironing, are available, at request.

Central Apartments Skopje is situated at the foot of the Vodno mountain, one of Skopje’s main attractions and a privilege of a short walk from the city centre to a mountain area. Vodno area and the main boulevard Majka Tereza, are the safest residential area in the capitol and the country, due to the special safety arrangements for the offices and residences of the country President and the diplomatic corps reps situated in this neighborhood. Vodno offers a great retreat into nature and excellent tracks and also fantastic 360* view on Skopje from the top of the mountain, reachable by a modern cable-car running daily from the mid-point of Vodno – where you can arrive by car or public transport. There is also a restaurant there (Staro Skopje) serving excellent traditional food. Our apartment offers 5-10 min walk from the main central amenities: City museum of Skopje with the earthquake memorial, and the promenade leading to the main square packed with local and international restaurants, bars and shops, and just minutes walk from the main central shopping malls, Ramstore and Diamond. A co-working space and a great bar, Javna Soba (Public Room), is just 20 mtrs from our building, which offers workshops and activities for children and parents, as well. 20 minutes away from our apartments is one of Skopje’s main attractions, the Skopje Stone bridge from the 15th c. which leads to the largest Turkish bazaar in the Balkans, packed with traditional sweet shops, restaurants and crafts & jewelry. Alongside the river Vardar quay, is a promenade of local and international (Cuban, Mexican, Italian, Irish) pubs and restaurants. On the other side of river Vardar, is the National Archeological Museum and behind it, is Skopje fortress (Kale), from 6th c. AD. Just nearby are the 16 c. Sv. Spas church and the Mustafa Pasha Mosque (15 c.).
