New and cozy fully renovated and furnished 75m2 apartment located near the Skopje City Mall. The flat has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, nice balcony, wifi, cable TV. Situated on the first floor (there is one apartment bellow on ground floor), looking at a nice green park. There are 2 bathrooms for each bedroom. Both bedroom access the nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice view at the small park across. The common space feature a fully equipped kitchen with a nice island where you can cook you favorite meals. In the same space is the living area with a cozy white couch and 2 armchairs where you can watch cable TV. An electric external roller blinds with remote control are installed in the small bedroom and in the living room. The apartment is equipped with all needed appliances for everyday living (washing/ drying machine, dish-washing machine, air-conditioning, oven, microwave, iron, 2 hair driers, toaster, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, heaters...). Free street parking available next to the building.

The apartment is located in neighborhood called Karposh 4, it is a residential, green and urban area of the city, very close to the center. From our place, 2 main boulevards, Ilindenska and Partizanska lead to the city center which is 4km away (10min by car/taxi; 15 min by bus; 40 min by foot - both boulevard have very nice green pedestrian areas). Skopje city mall is just few steps away (1min), so there you can find all you may need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, shops etc). There is a bus and taxi station just next to the building, so reaching any point of the city is very easy. Here are some tips on logistics from/to airport: • By bus: there is a regular bus line from / to the airport. The bus goes from the airport to the city center, cost of the ticket = 3 eur/person/one way. From the city center to the apartment there is a bus line #15 = 0.8 eur/person, or taxi =3 eur. In total it would take 1h 30min. • By taxi –There are taxi cars in front of the airport. I will be happy to arrange a private car (with English speaking driver for you, 20 EUR /1200 mkd up to 4 persons (to be payed to the driver). - duration approx 30 min
