There is the Ikh Toiruu shopping mall in front of the apartment and you’ll find a great variety of shops, drugstore, fitness center and cafes. Also, there is a CU convenience store which is open 24/7 nearby and Tums coffee shop and supermarket at 1st floor of the building

I love the atmosphere in my neighborhood, quiet and safe. In the first floor of the building, you can find Tums coffee shop. On the right side of the building, there is a CU convenience store nearby (20 meters) which is open 24/7. In the front of the building, you will find the Ikh Toiruu shopping mall that you can buy household goods, groceries, clothes, cellphone tools and moreover, it has fitness center, drugstore and cafes. In case of emergency, Seoul seniors hospital locates 100 meters in the backside of the building. Only within 15 min walking distance, there is Chinggis Khaan National Museum, the Parliament house and the Main Square, the biggest cashmere shop called Gobi and popular restaurants like MG hot pot, MonBeef Mongolian steak house, and Nagomi Sushi in the Galleria Center.
