Everything about the property and especially about the staff! Perfect location in the middle of Cotai strip between Parisian and Venetian, Large comfortable rooms, Great views on Cotai strip, nice breakfast, very good heating outdoor pool! Absolutely crazy, amazing service. Staff is doing their best, it’s for sure the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Special thanks to Casimiro A Sequeira Ho! And that’s not all! They provided free transfer cars for us, and also noticed that we have lots of luggage and provided complimentary porter service for us to help with luggage at the ferry!! Hotel is also great for travelers with kids - quiet place, carpet floors everywhere, MANY kids amenities, even for our 2-yr old daughter. It also has good playground right to the breakfast tables - very convenient for parents to have breakfast!

MacauI didn’t tell the hotel it was birthday in advanced but the precise staff noticed that day was my birthday and she helped to upgrade the room with Eiffel Tower view and also asked for preparing a birthday cake for me. That was so kind and sweet! Also, every staff there was so nice and helpful! And hotel itself is impeccable! Really enjoy my stay at Four Seasons!
