Stephan, apart from helping and working on the family farm holding, he also focused on the tourism industry, mainly food preparation and culinary arts. Having attended the Institute of Tourism Studies and obtained a Master of Science in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Edinburgh Napier.
