It is a very quiet area perfect as a yet filled with good small restaurants and pubs and museums of every kind, the famous Palace of the Inquisitor, stunning churches and set in the heart of Birgu which is the most refined area from the 3 cities and a stone away from the capital city of Valletta. From just 7 minutes walk away along the seashore, one would find a small ferry where a 2 euro ticket will take you to Valletta and the same ticket to be used again for the elevator. Although certain areas are restricted for residents, parking close by is free and never an issue. For swimming, it's just a 7-minute walk. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Children must be supervised.
