We stayed for a week in first in an Deluxe Ocean View Room and then upgraded to an Ocean View Suite. This Resort is nestled in a beautiful and well groomed garden landscape with white sandy beach access in the lagoon. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a great view, the housekeeping is there whenever you need. There is a variety of 4 restaurants of which we visited mostly the main Restaurant Horizon with a tasteful variety of dishes, international, creole and Indian cuisine. Also the Bar is a nice place to visit. Sunbeds are available at the beach, so is a small bar with cocktails and drinks and a small menu. The friendly Resort Manager Rosemary is always attentive and accessible for special needs. We will definitely come again as we were feeling welcome and comfortable

The hotel was beautiful. The views from everywhere were spectacular and the beach and pool areas were lovely. The rooms were huge with really comfortable beds and everything you needed. The food was really great. We are both vegetarian and had bad experiences at other hotels were the buffets had very few options for us, but there was always plenty for us to eat here and the staff were really helpful. The chef was also very willing to help meet special dietary requirements. The hotel offers a range of activities for free which we’re all great. We did the archery class and the snorkelling trip and both were great. The treatments at the spa were also really great - I had the best massage I’ve ever had (a lovely lady called Kamna). We would definitely go back to the same hotel and recommend it to friends.

What a resort! Don’t know where to begin. Absolutely nothing to complain about this place. The location is perfect, really good restaurants, especially ’Dining by Design’. The resort has various activities throughout the whole week for everyone to join in, from snorkelling to Rum tasting! Only words of praise to the Anantara staff! Accommodating from start to finish, friendly and always wearing a big smile on their face! We would like to specifically thank Yudish and Indiren, for their great hospitality throughout our whole stay. These lovely people always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed… and more! Also on our list of praises, we would like to thank Carol, Elodie, Mayeven, Zahra & Geraldine… and many others, who we did not get to speak to very often, who where also super kind and friendly. Amazing resort, very clean and new. It is in the middle of a natural park, you can hear the birds every morning. Amazing food specially the Indian restaurant, which is not spicy so perfect for European’s taste. Breakfast views are breathtaking. We were there for 3 days which was enough since we wantwd to visit other parts of the island but this hotel was very nice and we were contempting to return and stay longer to relax. Ambient is a lot prettier than on pictures. Very nice beach, almost always empty, sea is very warm and we loved swimming there. However there was rain and big waves at some times of the day, which we didn’t mind. Pool was cold but we also never wanted to swim there because we loved the beach. It‘s also pretty windy so you never feel like you are burning. 10/10 for all employees and their hospitality. Food was great. They are switching cusine every day sl it‘s always something new. Fresh towels at the beach, pool, always fresh cold lemon water tanks available everywhere. Public areas very clean. Also drinks at the bar were great, if you like alcohol free coctails then you have to try Banantara moctail. Overall great experience.
