CanadaOMG, the setting is truly hard to beat, a beautiful protected cove fringed with beautiful sand and incredibly beautiful tourquoise sea to enjoy. In terms of the staff all were very helpful and did their best to make sure you had what you needed. In particular the staff at reception were exceptional and would like to thank Cassandra for going out her way for me. As well, Gabriela, Lucy, and Ramon were very friendly and helpful. The reception manager Claudia is a great asset to the hotel.
CanadaThe location was awesome. It was secluded a little bit south of Puerto Vallarta. The beach was quiet and the rooms were spread out with space. If you plan on doing a lot of activities in town each day, Barcelo is not the place for you. The pools were awesome. Lots of places to sit and find a spot. I also loved that each room has a patio.

United States of AmericaI really have nothing bad to say about my experience with Barcelo. The property was stunning and well kept. Since it was outside of downtown PV, it felt like a remote island. One thing that I must mention is that the service here was AMAZING and everyone works so hard to make your stay enjoyable.
