Payment Information:

The maximum amount allowed for any cash payment is $1,500.

For reservations of 11 rooms or more, the property may contact guests within 72 hours of booking to request payment in order to guarantee the reservation.

Children Policy:

If you are traveling with children under 11 years of age, you must select a specific rate that includes children to ensure the correct amount is paid. All children pay.

Children between 2 and 11 years old who are not included in the rate of your reservation must pay a supplement at reception upon arrival.

Superior Room Information:

For Superior Room bookings, the hotel reserves the right to assign any of the 4 hotels with the same room category: Barceló Maya Beach, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Colonial, or Barceló Maya Tropical.
