The 1st thing you notice when walking into Cabo Del Mar are the amazing ocean views of the Azure blue waters. So come relax and enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath 1100 sq ft condo in the heart of SJC located just 20 minutes from the airport. We have brand new ACs and smart TVs in every room. Our condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with vanishing sliding glass doors that open up to a spacious private lanai for that indoor outdoor living experience which includes a gas BBQ for grilling. We also have a full size air mattress in the master bedroom closet so if you have an extra guest or two, they are more than welcome. So technically, it could sleep up to 5 people comfortably.

I am a surfer from Southern California, who alway dreamed of owning a home in Mexico. When my father passed away at the end of 2022 I was able to purchase my condo in San Jose Del Cabo. When I saw it, I fell in love with it. Someone made an offer so I almost lost it. But that offer fell through and it was mine! It’s close to my Surf spot and it’s just beautiful! The condo is located on a small hill just above street level which gives you the ocean views. It also overlooks the golf course communities just above Saint Luke's Urgent Care. Our condo is surrounded by beautiful homes on the 1500 block of Paseo Finisterra. A residential neighborhood in the heart of San José del Cabo. Cross street is Paseo De Las Misiones.
