The property offers sun loungers and umbrellas in the Exclusive Mandarino Beach Club, located 10 minutes walking distance from our condominium.. A minimum consumption per person is required as a condition of permanence. (drinks or external food can not be introduced).

Please note that the free loungers and parasols are subject to availability.

Please note that it is not permitted to smoke inside the apartments.

Please note the reservation price per room, clients must add the cost of cleaning (ask at the front desk).

In case that the client requires daily cleaning, there will be a daily surcharge per cleaning day depending on the season (ask at reception).

Front desk is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

The cleaning of the apartment is daily and free, however there will be no change of sheets and towels during your stay, change of bed linen and towels has an additional fee (request at reception if desired).

The property is located in a condominum that has a beach club, guests have up to 2 bracelets per room, depending on the occupancy of the room (example: if the room is for 4 people, guests have up to 4 bracelets) in order to be use the facilities in the beach club (where the beach is located), there's an extra cost if you requiere an extra bracelet.

到店时需支付损毁押金：US$100。 该押金将以现金形式收取。 退房时此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将以现金形式全额返还。
