Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour. Please kindly note that our parking spaces are limited in size, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate high-dimensional vehicles or those with trailers as much as we would love to. You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided inside the apartment. Each lost bracelet has a cost of 2000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. Check in is 4pm, the access before this hour is not permitted, in case of omission penalty fees will be applied. Check out is 12pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
