This architecturally designed Multi-level Townhouse type Penthouse located right in the heart of Aldea Zama ,Tulum and offers 5-star resort living at its finest. The luxe Eco Friendly condo features two Master Bedrooms with large queen beds, modern fully equipped kitchen, balcony off the living space and a Stunning Rooftop with two comfy sun loungers, BBQ and a Sparkling Pool. Perfectly located with shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches and all the sights of Tulum right on your doorstep, Sleeps 6.
We are two friends who moved to Tulum in 2014 and fell in love with the area. When we met a few years ago, we shared a vision of managing and renting properties with a personal approach. Our philosophy is to provide guests with impeccable, round-the-clock concierge service and to leave units in perfect condition with our flawless cleaning service. When we are not working, we are practicing Pilates and yoga (Mariana is a yoga teacher) or enjoying the local beaches and cenotes. MARIANA Mariana manages daily operations. She is from Guadalajara, Jalisco in western Mexico. MIKA Mika manages reservations and administrative work. She is from the Czech Republic.
Aldea Zama is one of the safest areas of Tulum, the condominium has 24/7 security and with doors with intelligent padlock.
