Our stay was truly exceptional. The hotel's aesthetic design is remarkable, complemented by comfortable and impeccably clean rooms and bedding. We particularly appreciated the consistent hot water and excellent water pressure in the showers. Direct beach access was a significant convenience. Given the hotel's jungle setting, we were delighted to observe a diverse array of wildlife. Furthermore, the culinary offerings at the restaurant were outstanding.

The location, the breakfast and the overall atmosphere were exactly what we were hoping for. Overall beachside paradise vibes. A bonus were the very good qualoty gratuities left in the room by the staff, such as natural after sun lotion, natural shampoo and oatmeal soap.

We had the best honeymoon at La Conchita Tulum, we highly recommend this accommodation. We had such a good time at La conchita Tulum that we extended our stay 3 times. We just didn’t want to leave. The cabin is very spacious and the beach is beautiful. There are many turtle nests which makes it even more special, if you are lucky you may even experience the hatching (make sure to NOT use any lights for example your phone. Biologists come to the beach at night. Follow their instructions to not disturb the turtles). The sea is super clear and perfect for snorkeling.

It is a very cozy peaceful place. Very simple but had all I needed. The staff were wonderful.I rented a bike while I was there and was able to ride into town and to the cenotes very easily.

Location, staff (Andres took full ownership and went above and beyond) and stunning views. It’s located at the start of the hotel zone so very easy to get a cab to Downtown and hotel strip. The Food and drinks were complimented with stunning beach views.

Loved this hotel! It’s situated between the beach/ hotel zone and downtown so an ideal location to explore. The free bike service was very helpful. Rooms were great with everything you need. What really made this stay however was the staff! They were all so accommodating and friendly and gave us some great recommendations.

I had an absolutely perfect experience at Mezzanine: from its location right on a white sand beach, to the gorgeous room, a beautiful open air restaurant that serves tasty Thai and Mexican dishes to amazing staff. It’s an ideal place for a brief and luxurious getaway. Special shoutout to all the staff members from Orquidia and Jacqueline at the front desk to everyone at the restaurant, who made my stay pleasant.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Could change the room for a quieter, more remote room without any problems and even got an upgrade! Thank You so much!

We liked everything about our stay at the Kimpton Aluna in Tulum. The staff were excellent, always very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the meals we had in both restaurants. All the food served was delicious and high quality. The Social Hour was great and very social, we met and chatted with many of the other guests. Call out to the concierge Eduardo, he gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants for dinner and beach clubs. It's a wonderful property, well kept, with great pools and lovely spacious rooms.
