My stay was perfect. Special thanks to Alexis and Sam who kept in touch with me. I travelled here all the way from Ireland alone, and I was a bit nervous, but I was well looked after. It’s a perfect mix of wellness & transformation, cool music and cocktails.

I loved the patio in the last floor! I had my breakfast there. Everyday! Enjoying the birds and the vast green area surrounding the premises. There is also a small pool one floor down.

Wow - what an amazing stay. Honestly ignore the bad reviews, for the price you are paying this place is absolutely perfect! As someone who has stayed in many expensive hotels in Tulum, I’d say our stay at Casa Coyote was better than most of them when you take the price into consideration. We arrived at noon from Playa as we had a birthday party at 1 pm at a beach club- the manager Ivo came to meet us, provided us with a private room to freshen up in and store our luggage in. When we came back from the party, our luggage was already in our room and he had the AC blasting for us- such a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The AC worked great. We didn’t have a single issue with mosquitos (and I tend to get bit!) The little courtyard is so pretty and so nice to chill in. The beach club is stunning. The location is perfect - south end of Tulum so quieter. Thanks Ivo for a great stay!

- exceptional stay - great location of the hotel directly on the beach with private day beds - friendly staff at the reception and maids - waiters at the beach bar were always very helpful and friendly - I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience authentic Tulum. - practically everything you need on vacation is nearby. Renting their bikes is free for the time of the stay.

Great location. The restaurant and reception staff, uriel, eric, liliana snd others were so helpful. Rooms were clean and the early morning quiet on the beach was very enjoyable.

I especially liked the rooms, the service-minded staff and the location! Tulum is becoming more and more intense, but Casa Gitano was calm and wonderful. Me and my family (including a 4 and 8 year old) had the best vacation! We will definitely return!

The accommodation was very nice and well located in the hotel zone in Tulum. You can walk to the beach via a neighboring hotel. The staff were super friendly and the roof terrace was fantastic.

Great bungalow with your private beach. The most amazing view to wake up to! Really comfortable bed and decoration feels very Tulum. Great that you can use facilities at the hotel next door.

What a little paradise! Everything was perfect - the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Staff is wonderful, very thoughtful and all them are gems! Food is also great at the restaurant with good options. Hope I’ll be back !

The location is 10/10 even though they are providing guests with bicycles for free every day upon request (some other hotels are charging them). The cleanliness has exceeded our expectations - at moments you don't even remember that you're in the middle of the jungle! The breakfast is very nice (the granola is YUM) and it is served a la carte (I believe all breakfasts in Tulum are served a la carte to be honest). The staff members are super helpful and kind and we were chatting with them via Whatsapp during our whole stay for whatever we needed. The best thing is that we were allowed to use the beach area with sun beds and towels at the hotels across the road (Encantada, Nest etc) as they are all under the same umbrella!

One of the best hotels my friend and I have ever been to. Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Everybody called us by name it was so personal and homey. Would 100% recommend and we'll be back for sure!

Amazing and attentive staff. The food was great and the beach was divine!

We found room 1 absolutely stunning. It is huge with an evenly huge terrasse overlooking the beach club, the beach and the sea. Thanks to the integrated mosquito nets the sliding window can stay open all night. We loved to drift off into a deep sleep in the gorgeous bed listening to the sounds of the sea. The style is minimalistic and sleek with stylish furniture. Very soothing. Also the tropical garden with a very pretty pool is lovely. we would not hesitate to come back.

Everything - best hotel in Tulum! This is really paradise, and the team managing the hotel makes you feel like a part of their family. The rooms are big and stylish, no noise, perfect escape. We’d love to return one day!
