Our house is very central and about 5 minutes drives from CIQ JB/Singapore., It has many eateries, shops and entertianment within the mall in the same building of our house. It is surrounded by many eateries and shops within 1km outside of the mall. If you wnat to enjoy relaxing massages, you can find Spa centes inside and outside the mall. There are several hotels around it too, such as Holiday Inn, New York Hotel, Paragon Hotel. Grab is very active in this area. The waiting time usually is within 10 minutes.
