This house is newly renovated with a minimalist concept located at the centre of Sungai Petani. This house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet it is just a 2 min drive to Western By Pass, 3 min to Taman Intan and 5 min to the town area. There are various of walking distance amenities such as HappyMart, 7-11, Clinic, Pharmacy, Launderette and mini market. Caltex petrol station is less than 1 min drive. You can park 2 cars on the car porch and 1-2 cars in front of the house.
I am from Malaysia who loves to travel to other countries and experience different culture. I always travel with my wife and we love to eat good food and enjoy great scenery. Most of my traveling are more to free & easy style. The best country we went before is South Korea and regularly visited Thailand since it is very convenient for us Malaysian.
