Not a glamourised pigeon sized hotel room in the downtown market area. Not in a noisy bustling shopping precinct but in an office and residential suburb. (You can still walk to shops and cafes). On the road linking Hartamas, Bangsar and Damansara. Near the Royal Palace, Parliament and Lake gardens. This is a private apartment so there are no hotel like services (such as bell boy, room service, front desk services). You are basically on your own. Self Check in but I am around if you need anything. Suitable for writers, govt officials, professionals and consultants on short to medium term stay looking for a base in KL. If you are looking for a swanky modern one bedroom tiny apartment in a large bustling complex with a kettle, this is not it. And the covered parking is free and secure. No maze to find your slot. Park in the same building and take 10 steps to the lift to your floor.

Travelled widely. Lived and studied in Scotland. Friendly and easy person. I have a full time job, living nearby in Bangsar so the flexi check in suits me. The nearest mall, cafes and shops are near the MRT Semantan station. You can still walk there (150-200m). Although the apartment is wheelchair accessible, not recommended for elderly or non ambulatory or if you want shops at your doorstep. Please map out what's nearby when booking. Budget adequately for a downtown central business district apartment if that is your preference.
