Situated in the heart of Kuah Town, Seaview Apartment offers spacious 3-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette and a comfortable living room. Guests staying at the apartment have access to the outdoor swiimming pool and fitness centre at Langkawi Seaview Hotel, located 500 metres away. Seaview Apartment offers spacious air-conditioned 3-bedroom apartments with private balconies and two modern en suite bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a LCD Android TV. The kitchenette comes with a minibar, a toaster and kitchenware. En suite bathrooms includes shower facilities. A washing machine is available. The apartment is within a 15-minute walk from duty-free shops and Kuah Jetty. Langkawi International Airport is a 35-minute drive away. Please note that check-in for Seaview Apartment is at the Langkawi Seaview Hotel, located at Lot 40, Jalan Penarak, Kuah, Langkawi, 07000. The reception there will provide you with the keys to your apartment.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee of MYR 3 would be applicable per room per night.
