Cozy, warm home!
Situated a few meters away from the Sea and close to the Mole and CBD, easy access by foot so park your car in our garage! Bathrooms, living and braai area with an open plan kitchen. Double garage with remote access, patio, and garden, both with a 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. Whether a family holiday or just a weekend breakaway,
Sabine Nederlof is a resident of Swakopmund. She does not live the at Nordstrand property. She assists with the meet and greet when guests arrive to stay at the unit. She is a very friendly lady and will assist you to get entry to the unit to show you around. Please do note that she will take the Breakage deposit in cash from you. Upon check-out she will do an inspection of the unit and refund you your deposit if all is in order.
Nordstrand unit is located very central to the CBD area. Most shops, restaurants, museums and the beach are all in walking distance. Swakopmund Info Centre is the best place to find out about attractions and activities in and around the town.
