From the large sun terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Westeinderplassen. The marina is located in Leimuiden, on the border between North and South Holland. On nice days you will probably spend a lot of time outdoors and you have the choice between two terraces. The smaller terrace on the first floor is perfect for breakfast and lunch. On the large upper deck you can enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina. This terrace with lounge furniture can be reached via a staircase at the front of the house. The interior is fresh and bright, the living room overlooking the harbor is spacious with an open kitchen. In addition, the floating house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Do you have your own boat(s) that you would like to bring along? The house has its own boat dock. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In the marina you will also find a reception, a water sports store and a restaurant. In the store you can rent various water sports equipment to make your stay fun, especially with kids! Think SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. Free wifi is available outside at the marina.
