Modern and spacious apartments in Amsterdam that are perfect for larger groups, families or bachelorette parties. There is a choice of two apartments available. One on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. Click on the exact apartment above to see exactly which photos belong to which apartment. In both apartments there are games available: Board games, darts (only on ground floor), mini table tennis (in the hall) and a shuffleboard. In addition, both apartments have a smart TV. Useful For example, to watch Netflix. The apartment on the ground floor has more seating areas at the dining table and the first floor has more seating areas in the living room. Both kitchens are equipped with the same facilities are moderns and new! Both apartments have 3 showers and 2 toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided only once at the beginning. Let the host know if you prefer single or double beds before arrival, that will then be arranged. For couples we can provide a double bed and for groups of friends some single beds. Want to check in or out at another time? Ask the host. In the evening hours additional charge of 50 euro is required to be paid at check-in.

The flat is located in a district just outside the center. The area is an industrial/business location and is therefore busiest during the standard working times. There is only 1 direct neighbor next to that flat which makes this neighborhood very quiet at night. Moreover, the area is considered safe and therefore the perfect location for spending your day in the busy city center and then returning to the comfortable flat! You are 5-10 minutes away from the closest metro station called "Spaklerweg" which offers trains every 4 minutes that take you into the center in less than 5 minutes! You can also reach all attractions by bike in less than 15 minutes! Do you want to bike like a local? We may offer bikes if you request these in prior notice!
