The apartment was very clean, the shower had good pressure, my room was perfectly equipped, I had access to a blender and a hair dryer, the moment I entered the apartment with my girlfriend, we were welcomed with a very romantic light that created a cosy romantic vibe. It's not often that I take the time to write an opinion, even when i travel around the world but this time I really had to, this place was fantastic, I recommend it with all my heart. Ps. The chocolate on the bed was so nice from the owner:)

recently (december 2021) completely renovated apartments in the heart of city center Breda. The Complex has 3 units. One is a big studio/apartment of 60m2 and the other 2 are studio's of 30m2 each. One of the studio's has a french balcony and street view, the other one has an outside terrace. Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, Qled SmartTV (Netflix subscription included), boxspring double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and very fast WiFi (250Mbit). In the central hallway is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for general usage. In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera in the main hallway and outside the house.
Hi, I am Stijn Leijen and father of 2 kids. After my study Polytechnics in Eindhoven I moved to Breda. My main hobby is sailing and playing guitar. If you need anything you can always call me or text me by Whatsapp.
Recently renovated apartments right in the city center of Breda. The inland port with restaurants and bars as well as the beginning of the shoppingcenter is just 50 meters away. Near the inland port at Baaij, you can also rent a boat, with or without a skipper to explore the water webbing around Breda. The big central market place is less than 500 meters away. Rather stay in? There is a fully equipped kitchen and the supermarket is nearby, just 100 meters. Best place for parking is 500m away at the Gasthuisvelden 2, 4,00 euro per day.
