The location, the comfy room/bed and the views. Host Nicole was absolutely fantastic and on hand to provide information and have a chat about the surrounding area. The room decor was great quality, was a nice size with good quality en-suite shower room/WC. Breakfast set us up for the days out cycling and close to the Keukenhof and Tulip fields that were amazingly colourful - would stay again.

They make Liv Inn so much fun. "Arrive as a guest, depart as a friend" Perhaps her name seems vaguely familiar to you. That may be true because Nicole Jagerman played tennis in the Grand Slam tournaments and the Olympic Games. She travelled all over the world to come home to Hillegom. The hundreds of hotels where she stayed taught her what you value in a room and inspired her to a Bed & Breakfast in her own home: Liv Inn. There she lives with her guests and her loyal golden retriever Liv. Thence. Nicole knows the area like the back of her hand and shares the insider tips that will give your visit just that little bit extra. The most beautiful routes. The quietest beach. The nicest restaurants. Liv Inn only has one room, so it doesn't get any more personal. And are you curious if Nicole can play tennis as well as she did then? For a friendly price she is happy to give you a private lesson. The largest tennis park in the Netherlands is just around the corner.

Property information

"A bed amidst the flower beds" Find a place in the heart of the bulb region and you will find yourself at Liv Inn. There you can see and smell the flowers from your room window! Every year between mid-March and the end of April, the wide area is in bloom with daffodils, hyacinths and tulips. And in August and September the dahlias follow. That makes Liv Inn the ideal place to explore the Keukenhof or the colorful fields. With your car or better yet: by bike. But there is more to see. The beach of Noordwijk, for example, surrounded by a protected dune area, is only 13 km away. The historic cities of Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague and of course Amsterdam, all within 25 km. If you take the train, you will be there in no time and get off in the center. The station is just a five minute walk away. This beautiful room is located on the 2nd floor of our house. You can count on a comfortable room with a lovely boxspring bed and a crystal-clear bathroom. Plus fast wifi, a large TV, a large refrigerator, Nespresso coffeemachine and tea facilities, an excellent breakfast and all the attention of the hostess.

Neighbourhood information

Beautiful surroundings, 10 minutes drive from the Keukenhof and nearest beach, 5 minutes walk to the train station that brings you within half an hour in Amsterdam, Zandvoort, Schiphol and The Haque , 15 minutes to Haarlem, 13 minutes to Leiden. 5 minutes walk to the village where you can find many nice and cozy restaurants. Here you will also find the shops and many supermarkets. On the other side of the street you have the largest tennis club in the Netherlands and a fitness center.
