It was a great time I had at the element, starting with your staffs who are highly knowledgeable , very friendly and helpful especially Maria who checked us in on the day we arrived and AJ who checked us out, the breakfast was very nice, all the staff were nice and polite. The whole place was super clean and welcoming, the rooms we stayed were all big and beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend element Amsterdam for anyone that wants to visit Amsterdam 😊

Everyone was wonderful and welcoming. You can feel it's family owned and cherished for generations. Very cosy. And great ventilator for hot weather (which was very important this weekend). Position is perfect and central, but at the same time in a very quiet neighbour.

It's just a really fine hotel. Friendly people, from the cleaning staff to the bar attendant at the 1st floor who brought dog biscuits to the most critical customer... Close to tram and subway. Splendid breakfast. Weekend check-out til midday. First time we visited their cocktail bar too: nice! To be recommended.
