My friend and I stayed for 2 nights because of a concert at Ziggo Dorm. The staffs were friendly, good location, breakfast was great and the room was clean.

Location amazing! Although besides main street! It is central and no noise in the room. Great hotel! Nice looking atmosphere.

The location is superb, right accross the street is Madame Tussauds wax figure museum, Ripley's Believe it or not and many other attractions. Breakfast in an old historical winter garden is a must! So rich and full of everything. Entire staff is so nice, helpful and friendly, specially lovely ladies Bahar and Beatrice :)

- Location was the best. Almost everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel is on a small street frequented by tourists so it can be a little noisy if your window faces the street but I did not mind one bit. People-watching was quite fun and it was pretty funny when the occasional argument broke out in the street (drunk tourists or tourists not watching where they were going and stepping into the path of cyclists) and everyone in the apartments facing the street came to the window to watch. - I really appreciate that breakfast was provided. I honestly think the variety of food is more than sufficient. I'm not sure what the other reviewers expected when they said it's limited. - Clean and spacious room (pleasantly surprised that they upgraded me), more than enough pillows, comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Honestly love everything about the room, ESPECIALLY the AC which was a huge relief during the hottest day of the year. - Reception is open 24 hours and they even lock the main door for extra security when it's late (i got back at 3 in the morning one night and the reception had to unlock the main door to let me in).

Breakfast was DELICIOUS and I also had dinner at the restaurant which was also EXCELLENT All workers SO kind and calm and helpful in every way I would for sure come back and recommend

We have really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Tamara. The place is located in the centre of Amsterdam, just in front of a tram stop. Therefore, it is very easy to move around the city from here. Mario and the rest of the staff have been very kind, helpful and nice with us. The room was equipped with a private shower and a nice heating system.
