The rooms were a decent size & very clean! The location was excellent, right next to the Dam Square. Easy access to all sights within walking distance.

The warm and friendly staff at check-in Ms Miriam, she was professional and kind, attended to all our requests and ofcourse the location and room was very good and value for money, right opposite to Damrak and 10mins walk from Central station

A hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Dam Square. The hotel has a beautiful garden that feels like an oasis. In the garden, there is the Oriole Garden Bistro restaurant. We ate there and really enjoyed the food. But the most pleasant part was the staff — very helpful and friendly!

The vibe and location. In the heart of the nine streets for shopping and cool cafes.

Everything. Very central and cleaned. These are normally my main concerns but everything turned out perfect.

Nice view from window to the new church. Supermarket is just a view minutes away.

I was at the hotel only for a few hours as I was attending a night event at the expo near by, yet I had the best service and experience. The security, Albert at reception and Julian at the bar were so available, kind and generous, really made of this brief stay much more than just an accommodation. I very much recommend it and I'll book again in the future! The lounge area is beautiful and cozy, the room was spacious, clean, well kept and had everything I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer! Ps. The cappuccino was one of the best I have ever had, I'm so glad I stopped at the bar before heading out for the day! Well done everyone and thank you so much!

The location was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great – highly recommended, especially for the price.

The room was beautiful and we have the best sleep! Have in consideration that some rooms have a tricky stairs so bring the basic and be ready to enjoy your stay.

The location, the surroundings, less than a minute walk to decent supermarket, fantastic transport links, uber can collect/drop off to hotel door, complimentary hot drinks, vending machine, friendly staff.
