About the property: Welcome to our luxury canal-side retreat! Our third-floor apartment features a stylish bedroom with ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and elegance. Adjacent is a cozy room with a sofa bed and coffee station. Explore nearby cafes and shops, or hop on the tram (250m) that brings you in 8 minutes to museum square. Within walking distance you find lots of bars, restaurants, the famous Albert Cuyp market or the RAI convention center. Ideal for both business or leisure travelers. The apartment is renovated in May 2024 in such a way that privacy for the guests has been carefully taken into account. It's also energy neutral. The space you rent are 2 rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All inside the apartment of the home owner, but privately for you. The apartment is located on the third floor.
