BizStay Harbour I Scheveningen Apartments offers modern one, two and three bedroom apartments with free WiFi and views of the harbour in Scheveningen and/or the sea. The Zuiderstrand beach is at 10 minutes walking distance. All apartments feature a spacious open-plan living area including a comfortable sofa, a dining area and flat-screen TV. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The modern bathrooms include a shower while some apartments include a bath. A washing machine and dryer are also present in the apartment. 1 free parking space is available in the underground parking of the complex. An elevator is present. The harbour offers a large variety of restaurants and bars. The centre of The Hague, including sights such as the Mauritshuis Museum and Noordeinde Palace, is 10 minutes from the apartment by car. The property is a 30-minute car journey from the historic town of Delft. Bus 28 stops in the harbour and has a direct connection to the city centre of The Hague and Central Station.

These apartments are part of an attractive complex in Scheveningen Harbour only 5 minutes away from Europe's largest and fashionable bathing resort of Scheveningen and only 15 minutes from the city center. This is why this location is ideal for guests who want to explore both the city and beach life. After you have parked your car at your private parking, you take up the elevator to this 2nd floor apartment. When opening the door you will recognize its stylish interior and great atmoshere. Just like the pictures! From the spacious bathroom to the luxurious kitchen and the beach-style-bedroom, it has all been done with care and an eye for detail. So no worries when you wake up and the weather is not so nice. Just spend some time in this apartment. Surf on the internet using the free wireless internet or watch TV from the lazy sofa or your comfortable bed! Feel like cooking? Get the best fresh fish from the ' world famous' local fish shop Simonis. But when clouds dissapear and the sun starts shining again, get out to the endless beach or put on your dancing shoes to enjoy Scheveningen’s nightlife. There is so much to discover!

The 2nd harbour of Scheveningen was built around 1930. It was connected to the 1st harbour through a narrow passageway locally known as “the pipe”. In the surrounding area many smokehouses and fishmongers settled. After the Second World War the importance of fishing gradually disappeared and the smaller vessels vanished. Since then the 2nd port was becoming more and more a recreational and tourist area. Today a lot of old harbour related buildings have been replaced by residential buildings, shops and restaurants, attracting thousands of visitors during all seasons of the year. In 2018 this harbour will be hosting the final of the Volvo Ocean Race, a yacht race around the world held every three years. We dare to say that there is no other place in The Netherlands and maybe not even in Europe where tourists will find this unique combination of city culture and beach life on such a small surface.
