Welcome to our beautiful three-storey home just 20 minutes by car to the centre of Rotterdam, or 30 minutes by bus/Metro or bicycle. Perfect for individuals or couples visiting for business or leisure but prefer a quiet base in more peaceful and green surroundings. Situated near a lake in a small town. The house has lots of safe free parking next to it and easy motorway access to Den Haag, Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby amenities include a town centre with two supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bank, ATM, hair salon, bike shop, pharmacy, post office, plus a sports centre, swimming pool, golf centre, and much more. The house is very spacious with a private annex attached for use by the guest. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a desk with a desk lamp where you can work or study at your own leisure, a 32" smart TV for relaxing with Netflix. The kitchen includes a microwave with built-in convection oven, cooktop, fridge, cutlery, crockery and utensils. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the kitchen, also. Bathroom facilities include towels and wash items.

Our names are Jason and Rebecca, and we are a young professional couple living and working in the Netherlands, with two young children, Sky and Xéa. We are both fans of the outdoors and we spend our time cooking, enjoying time with friends and neighbours, attending events related to our interests, and to let our hair down, we go skydiving some weekends. Between us, we love dining out, cinema, theatre, DIY, keeping organised, computers, technology, keeping fit, eating healthily, and Netflix. We enjoy a good conversation about life and philosophy, but laughter is important, too. We are on-hand to provide advice and suggestions for exploring the local area and are always happy to help with anything you need. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable, pleasant and relaxing as possible.

Although relatively close to Rotterdam, Bergschenhoek has a nice village feel to it with pleasant surroundings, lots of greenery and a safe communal neighbourhood. The area is quite new and is considered an upmarket suburb of Rotterdam with many young and middle-aged professional families in the area. Very close to the property is a beautiful lake called the Serpentine which is surrounded by greenery - very nice to go for a walk and to relax. If you want enjoy something more active, there is plenty to do with local festivals and events occurring all year round, and there is always the option to go into Rotterdam which is a vibrant city with lots to do and see.
