Newly built complex in the central location of Ellerslie. High floor 2 bedroom apartment with uninterrupted views of Auckland and beyond. Quality furnishings, wifi, private carpark, onsite gym, large private outdoor deck which leads onto a large rooftop residents skygarden - complete with outdoor furniture and BBQs. Super convenient to the airport, 10 mins to CBD via motorway and 5 mins walk to Ellerslie train station. Walking distance to Ellerslie village shops and restaurants.

Located in a mixed residential + commercial business park, you have the La Quinta hotel on the lower floors and a range of cafes and restaurants within the precinct. Allocated secure parking is available. The Rooftop Residence is walking distance to Ellerslie Village (shops, cafes, restaurants), 5 mins drive from a major supermarket, 10-15 mins drive from the CBD and 5 mins walk from Ellerslie train station.
