Art Deco Apartment 10 is a fully self contained apartment with harbour views. It has 5 rooms, comprising a sitting/ dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and drying racks are provided as well as a communal clothesline. In the kitchen there is an oven, rangehood, refrigerator, and microwave. You have a balcony in front of the apartment which is for your sole use. The apartment has a very central location. It is just around the corner from the waterfront, there are several cafes and restaurants within about 25 metres, and boats leave to Queen Charlotte Sound from across the road. Next door there is a French Patisserie which also sells coffee. There is a bus stop across the road where the bus to the Bluebridge Ferries picks up and drops off passengers.
Hi, I am a retired physiotherapist and now enjoy welcoming guests who stay at my property. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and informing them about activities and facilities in the lovely province of Marlborough.
Picton is a small town with approx 4500 permanent residents. Being centrally located the apartment has supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. There is one Bank in Picton, Westpac, and a couple of ATM machines. There are numerous walks around Picton and if you are feeling adventurous a fabulous walk up the hills behind the town with spectacular views. Kyaking, biking, eco tours and dolphin tours as well as boats dropping off for the Queen Charlotte Track leave from across the road.
