Built in 1907 for a prominent Doctor in Auckland's affluent Epsom. It has seen service as a women's refuge, a home for unmarried mothers and a bordello. Moved to its present site in 2003 in 5 pieces. Purchased by Grainne and Kevin 9 years ago and lovingly restored to its former glory.
