Downstairs, there is an additional sheltered outdoor dining area and BBQ. Pour yourself a cold drink, grab your book, and put your feet up wherever feels right! The main interior living area is on the top floor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area. But if you need a little more room, maybe for the kids to spread out at the end of the day, the ground floor has an additional living space to settle into. Comfortably sleeping up to ten guests, this property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Leave the car at home and make the most of this location; three-minutes to the beach for sandy beach days cooling off in the ocean, or three-minutes to the local shop, two restaurants, a cafe, the must-have takeaways, and a liquor store. Cooks Beach is a good base to explore the region, with Ferry Landing two-minutes away, and only 15-minutes drive to Hahei, and the start of the famous Cathedral Cove walk. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
