Close to Mount Maunganui for food, shopping and nightlife, as well as only being a 5 minute drive to the local Papamoa Plaza for supermarkets. The house comes with three large bedrooms, plus two living areas so the family can each have their own space. It’s complemented with 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Glimpse sea views from the upper level as you are across the road from the beach with private access, however nestled nicely back from public view for a truly peaceful holiday. The place comes fully fitted out with a large tv for night time movies, a complete kitchen and double garage. The master suite has a luxurious bed, separate tv and ensuite, attached to a private lounge with a deck. There are two further bedrooms down the hall with their own bathroom with a shower and bath.
