Three spacious bedrooms here at Mama and Papa’s feature plenty of storage for you to unpack and get right into holiday mode. The master with its king-size bed is the perfect haven for mum and dad, while two more bedrooms offer bedding configurations to suit most groups. A bathroom with a shower over the tub, plus an additional toilet in the laundry, provide the conveniences for your stay. It’s just a 4-minute drive to the Havelock North town centre from Mama and Papa’s. Here you’ll find a plethora of shops, eateries, and everyday conveniences, including a New World supermarket. Venture further afield, and it’s only about 10 minutes drive to great wineries and vineyards in one direction and the Hastings town centre in the other. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
