There is another bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom across the courtyard. Plenty of room directly off the road for boat parking and vehicles. You are only a few minutes walk from the best swimming beach at the lake, playground, public tennis courts and boat launch. There are kayaks and bikes available to use or why not take a water taxi ride across the lake to hot water beach or the drop off point for the Tarawera Falls walk. Enjoy mountain biking, walking tracks, fishing, swimming, boating or just lazing around. All this and you’re only 20 minutes drive from Rotorua and all it has to offer. As shown in the photos, this property is not fully fenced and there is a steep drop-off to a large expanse of bush nearby as well as access to the lake. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
