With a seamless indoor/outdoor flow that allows you to go from relaxing on the couches to soaking up the sun out on the deck. Complete with everything you need from a coffee machine to boat parking and of-course Wifi with Chromecast. Spend your days enjoying a BBQ accompanied by a glass of wine in hand. And if its a winter stay you're planning, sit back, relax, and enjoy a few a movie snuggled up in the warm and bright lounge. There are board game to play and the deck is still a great place to relax on a sunny day. With Matapouri Bay a short walk away, you'll be sure to be spending as much time as possible by the beach. Head down for a surf or swim, sit out in the sun and cosy up to a good book or enjoy an evening stroll as the sun sets. If you're feeling adventurous, there are a number of scenic spots to check out, such as Poor Knights Island, Whale Bay, and Woolleys Bay, to name a few. Access to the second level is by external uncovered stairs is some construction happening outside the front of this property which may cause some note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your note there are 3 security cameras on the property. There is one over the main entrance at the top of the stairs; the second covers the downstairs main entrance, & the third covers the 2 downstairs sliding are turned off when guests arrive.

Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
