‘Number 10’ is situated on a quiet tree lined street in Arrowtown. The 2 storied house was built in the 1970s as a traditional kiwi bach / crib - the upstairs unit was the main holiday home and downstairs was the garage and overflow bedroom space. Today we have upgraded the house from it’s original bones to be a funky and fully functional 2 unit holiday home that can be rented separately or together for larger groups to enjoy. Each unit is fully self contained and perfectly set up for large groups to enjoy a holiday together but with your own private space. There are 2 full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry in each unit. You will have full exclusive access to the property and enjoy the use of the outdoor hot tub. Please note there is no internal access between units.
Welcome, my name is Emma and I'm a 4th generation Arrowtowner & proud owner of a couple of awesome accommodation options available for you, right here in my home town. There aren't too many 'true locals' left in Arrowtown (to be fair there were never that many here in the first place). In fact there were only 9 children in my class at Arrowtown Primary School around 35 years ago, today my children have about 50-60 kids in each of their year groups. Arrowtown today is a vibrant place to live & visit and we love to host people here in our very first home 'Number 10' and also in our newly built guest wing at our family home in Butel Park ‘Brassed Off’ (which was actually my Grandad's hay paddock). Thankyou for supporting small & local - we very much appreciate your interest in staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise in Arrowtown!
Number 10 is located on a quiet tree lined street in stunning Arrowtown. Less than a 10 minute walk to the main street of Arrowtown, 15 minutes to Coronet Peak and 20 minutes to downtown Queenstown.
