To complete your home away from home, there is a bathroom with separate toilet downstairs, plus a full bathroom upstairs - an ideal set up for 2 families or extended family groups to holiday together! This small seaside settlement is just the ticket for a refreshing hideaway - take time out or step out to explore... An easy stroll will have you at the waters edge, or you are a 7 minute drive into Diamond Harbour where you can catch the ferry to Lyttelton, or drive within 40 minutes to Lyttelton to top up holiday supplies at the local supermarket and shops. As the property has unfenced access to the bay, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note this property operates using a tank water supply, so guests need to be mindful of water consumption during their be aware that there is no safety netting on the trampoline.
