This studio unit is a modern, cosy unit which is attached to our house. It is private with own separate access and is locked off from the main house. We live in a quiet residential suburb in Arthurs Point, 5km from downtown Queenstown.
We enjoy welcoming our guests and saying a friendly 'kia ora = hello'. However as a guest you are independent in your own unit. We are always available to assist. We have a very friendly Labradoodle Webster who is fond of a pat!
Arthurs Point is only 5km from 'downtown' Queenstown. It is a quiet residential suburb surrounded by mountains. We are nearby to the Onsen Hot Pools, only 2km to the access road to Coronet Peak (winter skiing) and have a couple of bars/restaurants in walking distance. For those without a car there is a bus service with stops about 200 metres away.
