Perfect for a secluded retreat, this spacious house enjoys ample indoor/outdoor living space just minutes from the waterfront, and 800m away from the start of the Abel Tasman Walking track and the Park Cafe! This 2 storey Marahau holiday home includes relaxed open plan living upstairs, with a wood-burning fireplace for toasty winter ambience... For summer living at its finest, relax on the deck, soak up the sun, and admire the tranquil garden scenery! The BBQ adds a lovely touch for dining al fresco with friends and family. Downstairs at this Marahau accommodation, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed. Upstairs bedrooms 4 and 5 also have a queen bed each. To complete your spacious holiday set up, there are 2 bathrooms downstairs, plus a third situated upstairs. You will feel worlds away at this character haven - get lost among the gardens and enjoy doing nothing at all, or head down to the water for days of activities... The Sprig N Fern licensed cafe is a great option for dining out, or visit the beach, waterfront, and boat ramp. There are lots of adventure activities to enjoy including, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, kite surfing, or catching a water taxi to one of the many parts of the Abel Tasman National Park walking tracks. Plus, you are approximately 20 minutes from Motueka, and wineries are around a half hour drive away. Come and experience some Marahau magic at Tasman Hideaway! Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
