During this time the lift will be unavailable for use and guests will have to use the stairs. Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest & current contact phone. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only & we require to sight (or image sent) the credit card used prior to check in day.
