Excellent location, great breakfast with fresh fruits, ham and cheese, coffee and assorted breads. Not to forget fresh juice of your choice! Great rooms, with own A/C, mini bar stocked with yogurt, water, sports drinks, beer, etc. I was told all is restocked on a daily basis at no additional cost! Given this B&B has about 4 or 5 rooms only, you get the personal attention from owner Joseph Berry which makes the experience second to none.

Everything was amazing at Joseph's B&B! He was helpful from the very beginning, long before we even arrived. He helped us reserve our airport pickup and gave us recommendations for where to eat in the city (the places he recommended were fantastic!). He truly thought of every last detail at the property itself, far more than I ever expect at any hotel. I loved the location and the breakfast was fantastic. I truly can't say enough good things about this place, stay here if you come to Lima and want to feel at home!

Site rare voir unique à Lima, calme assuré, petite oasis dans une ville géante. La literie est excellente, la chambre très confortable, l'emplacement géographique parfait pour circuler à pied et profiter du plus beau parc de Lima.

Lo que más me gustó es definitivamente la ubicación. El local encuentra ubicado en medio del parque El Olivar, un sitio soñado y muy céntrico para moverse por Lima, sobre todo estar cerca a los principales restaurantes y al malecón. También me gustó el trato con el personal, la cercanía y ganas que se notaban de hacer de la estadía, la mejor para uno.

Todo estuvo perfecto. El lugar era muy cómodo y limpio.Además se encontraba en una zona tranquila y segura que estaba cerca de diferentes restaurantes donde podíamos ir a probar la deliciosa comida peruana. El Hostel estaba rodeado por un parque de olivos precioso que se prestaba para poder dar paseos. Y el anfitrión siempre muy amable y servicial con nosotros.

L'emplacement magnifique une maison familiale au beau milieu du parc d'oliviers centenaires pour la plus part, un havre de paix et de sérénité au coeur de Lima. Un super petit déjeuner dans un cadre très agréable et intime. Le propriétaire Joseph est très attentionné et efficace sur les multiples besoins qui peuvent se présenter à ses hôtes. Connaissant Lima depuis de nombreuses années je peux vous dire que cet endroit est assez unique et incontournable. pour apprécier la capitale péruvienne sous tous ses aspects.
