You will be staying in a spacious 1 bedroom unit in MAUI TOWER room no. 809, with 36sqm including balcony facing the inner garden, lap pool, and over looking the basketball, and the Paris Beach Club. Hello!! We are very excited to assist you during your stay. I, Jenny Cos (unit owner) and Norma Urbista (unit host) are always ready to assist you 24/7. AMENITIES AND FACILITIES: Guests can access some of the amenities like swimming pool, Kiddie pool, Infinity Falls, Outdoor picnic grove, Central bar, Sunbathing Areas, Rooftop garden and Wave Pool. (Lap Pool and GYM is not accessible for guests.) Guest can relax in the lobby in the Paris Beach Club, where there is a cafeteria and ATM-machine. CableTV and fast WIFI is available in the room for free. Guests are allowed to cook easy meals at the unit. We have pot, pan, rice cooker, toaster, water boiler, microwave, ref and complete kitchen utensils in the the unit that guests can use. But please clean them afterwards and please maintain cleanliness. We have security guards 24/7 and cameras in some areas. We arrange private transportation, just let us know thru private message. Parking is charged at PHP 50 for the first 3 hours. Subsequent hours are charged at PHP 10 per hour. Overnight parking is charged at PHP 300 until 06:00. Pay cash directly at the property

VERY IMPORTANT!! Kindly inform us in advance the COMPLETE NAMES of all occupying guests before arrival for registration to avoid hassle in the waiting area. Please bring a valid ID for each guests. Breakfast is NOT included. Max 4 persons in the unit (1BR 36sqm). Infant or 0-12 years old is counted as 1 person. Guests who are occupying the 1 bedroom condo enjoy free pool access for 2 guests only. The 3rd and 4th guests are charged PHP 250 each per shift (morning or afternoon), to be paid at the pool entrance upon presenting their visitors' ID. Infant or 0-12 yrs old is also counted and will be paying 250 each person per shift. Pool Shift: Morning: 7:00 am - 12:00 noon Afternoon: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
