This apartment has a sleek and modern design. Earth colors offer calm and relaxation at the heart of the city. A loft-type that is spacious and quiet. No sounds of busy streets as it is located on a high floor. Rooms have pleated roller blinds that adjusts from minimal lighting to black-out if you want a well rested sleep. It is designe for travelers and families looking for a clean and peaceful place near the Central Square of BGC. The apartment offers a quiet and relaxing place after a busy day, whether you are traveling with friends or with family. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons with its 2 toilet & bath, queen bed, double deck bed, and full bed.
I am a Filipina with background in finance. I am also a restaurant owner who loves sports and spending time outdoors.
The apartment is located at the "Millionaire's Row"on 5th Avenue where restaurants, shopping malls, pubs, and museums are walking distance. Among the nearby places are BGC Central Square, Forbestown, and Fort Strip. The neighborhood is a very safe environment where you will see a lot of professionals, expats, and travelers in the area. Walking is good exercise when going to nearby places. Another preferred option in going around is to use the Grab App (similar to Uber). The BGC Bus is highly accessible as there is a bus stop right beside the building. The bus goes around BGC and also makes a stop at Ayala Avenue in case you want to go to Makati.
