Aside from Booking.com confirmation, a notarized signed agreement must be arranged in advance (applicable only for long term reservation, not needed for 20 days and below reservation). Guest must contact the property right after the booking has been made to arrange the necessary requirements accordingly. Management has the right to refuse the guest if contract/agreement is not provided in advance. This is strict requirement from the property management of azure with no exemption.

Condominium units in Azure Beach Resort Residences are committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. We are a complete non-smoking property, so all our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. We do provide designated smoking areas outside the building to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke. There is a significant room recovery fee of PHP10, 000 plus damage charge if there is for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms with a smoke-free condition.

For long term reservation 30 nights and above, A damage deposit of two months equivalent value is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Management rights

The Managements reserves the rights to change any policies, rules and regulations from time to time. In case of any disputes, decision of the hotel will be considered final and binding.

Unless you specify otherwise, it is acknowledged that you agree to proceed with the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Kailangang magbayad sa pamamagitan ng bangko bago ang check-in. Makikipag-ugnayan sa iyo ang accommodation pagkatapos mong mag-book para magbigay ng instructions.

Hindi pinapayagan ng property na 'to ang bachelor at bachelorette parties at kahit anong katulad nito.

Makakatanggap ang mga guest ng rental agreement na dapat pirmahan at ibalik sa accommodation bago ang pagdating. Kung walang natanggap na kasunduan ang mga guest sa oras, dapat nilang kontakin ang property management company sa number sa booking confirmation.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.

Bilang tugon sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), kasalukuyang ipinapatupad sa accommodation na ito ang karagdagang patakaran sa kaligtasan at kalinisan.

Hindi puwedeng mag-stay sa accommodation na ito para mag-quarantine sa Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Kailangan ng damage deposit na ₱ 2,537.74. Icha-charge ito ng accommodation araw bago ang pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng bank transfer. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa loob ng 14 araw pagkatapos ng check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng bank transfer, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
