Experience both comfort and luxury of this newly renovated 2 storey 3-bedroom house at an affordable price. We are only 5 minutes away from Enchanted Kingdom and is situated in a safe and welcoming subdivision. The house has centralized AC ensuring your family's comfort. We are just minutes away from hospital, grocery store and restaurants such as Jollibee, McDonalds and Mang Inasal. Wanna stay in a place that is clean, peaceful and cozy??? This house is absolutely the place for you!!!
I love being a host because it's fulfilling to create a safe, and enjoyable atmosphere to people seeking for temporary escape from their busy schedule. I'm happy knowing that our house was able to provide a place where they can relax and rejuvenate.
Our house is just minutes away from Enchanted Kingdom, I'd say about 15-20 minutes if you go by foot and just 5minutes away if you're driving. There is also no need to worry as to where to shop or hunt for food because our house is only 15 minutes away from Waltermart where you can choose between, Mang Inasal, Jollibee, McDonalds or Goldilocks. But if you're looking for scenic views and adventures, then Tagaytay is the place for you and you can drive from our place to Tagaytay within 45 minutes.
